Pleased to welcome you at Sant’Angelo Guesthouse, we invite you to take a look at our rules and regulations.

Booking requests may be submitted via email (info@guesthousesantangelo.com ) or phone call (+393338330066) and we will let you know our booking conditions.

Our guests are kindly requested to pay the remaining balance in Euro cash or credit card upon arrival.

Guests are required to pay an extra city tax of € 3,50 per person per day (Municipal Council Resolution no. 44 of 24 July 2014).

Leaving early or changing the duration of your stay does not entitle guests to any rebate or refund for unused time.

Upon arrival, guests are requested to show their ID or passport for the compilation of the State Police register as required by the Italian law. (Law no. 675 of 31/12/96) .

Check-in: usually after 12:00 until 18:00.
To anticipate any hold ups, we ask our guests to communicate the time of arrival, via email or phone, at least 24 hours prior to your arrival, especially if the check-in happens to be after 18:00 or before 12:00. We don’t live at the guesthouse and we would like to avoid you having to waiting for us while we get there.
Check-out : 10:30 am.

For reasons of public security/safety only registered guests may enter the building, please do not allow other people to access the premises.

All children should be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times .

Small pets may be allowed (upon request). If permitted, they must be supervised by their owners. It is forbidden to leave pets unattended inside the guesthouse.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Sant’Angelo Guesthouse.

In accordance with the rules of the Sant’Angelo Guesthouse and the rules of the Municipal Police, guests are kindly requested to observe the silence hours between 14.00 and 16.00 and from 22.00 to 08.00.

The Sant’Angelo Guesthouse Management is not liable for the loss, theft or damage of any personal item left in the rooms, hallways and corridors. A safe deposit box is available in each room for the safekeeping of all personal belongings.

Please make sure that the bathroom taps are turned off completely, and the lights that are not needed switched off. Please do not throw anything that can clog the pipes into the toilet or sink.

Also, please do not leave the windows open when the air conditioner is running and remember to turn it off when the room is not occupied.

Every guest, at end of the stay, is kindly requested to return the magnetic keycards; there is a non-refundable € 20.00 key replacement charge for each lost key.

Please verify that the main door of the Guesthouse is properly closed whenever you enter or exit the premises.

Guests are responsible for the breakages of, damages to, or loss of any of the guesthouse’s property and all the facilities provided.

Upon check-out, guests are responsible for leaving the premises in a clean and tidy condition.

COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES IS ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY.
